RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

OUR APPROACH

Every KOSMIC piece is produced to order. For this reason, we ask that customers carefully review sizing, product details and shipping information before placing an order.


RETURNS

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.


REFUNDS

Refunds are available for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


EXCHANGES

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

As all KOSMIC products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Unwanted items

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Guide before purchasing.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
