Once an order enters production, it may not be cancelled or amended.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is accepted.

You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Every KOSMIC product is produced to order.

Please allow additional production time before dispatch.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.
