Every KOSMIC piece is produced to order.
Rather than mass-producing inventory, each garment is created specifically for you once your order is placed. This approach reduces waste, allows us to maintain quality standards, and ensures every piece is made with purpose.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed and prepared within 2–5 business days.
During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Europe
Estimated delivery: 7–18 business days
International
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

TRACKING
All orders include tracking where available.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

KOSMIC cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur.
Factors such as customs inspections, adverse weather, carrier disruptions, national holidays, or peak seasonal demand may impact delivery times.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Our team will investigate the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
